Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Olives harvested entirely by hand in small crates are immediately transported to the Montalcino oil mill for crushing. The variety of olives used is that of Moraiolo.

Oil with a good balance between bitter and spicy, excellent as a condiment for salads and raw preparations, but also able to enhance traditional dishes.
