This is smooth, harmonious grappa with a well-rounded, persistent flavor produced by distilling dregs of unpressed grapes in stills with indirect steam that make it possible to preserve the typical characteristics of the original vineyard and the Sangiovese vine

Soil composition: Tufaceous, argillaceous, very rich in skeletal material

Average altitude of the vineyards: 250 meters above sea level

Raw material: Dregs of Sangiovese grapes.

Distillation: In stills with indirect steam.

Alcoholic strength: Approximately 42 % vol.

Organolectic characteristics: Limpid, transparent color; harmonious, penetrating fragrance with a well-rounded, persistent flavor.

Method of serving: It is advisable to serve at room temperature. An excellent digestive at the end of a meal.
