This wine with its imposing, full-bodied structure, endowed with powerful but delicate
tannins, is the result of the best vintage years of the Brunello and a complex aging system in
wood. Its impressive structure, in fact, is the result of a very long steeping and a sophisticated refining process.

Grapes-harvesting: Manual choice of grapes in perforated cases delicately unloaded directly into the hopper of
the stemmer. |

Winemaking: Long steeping on the dregs of pressed grapes with frequent pumping over. Temperature allowed to rise freely to
a maximum of 33 °C. |

Aging: In small casks of French oak where it still completes the refining until the end of the year, given the
impressive structure of this powerful wine. Refining in bottle for a minimum of six moths, according to the
production regulations. Degree of alcohol 14 % vol. |

Organolectic characteristics:
Absolutely deep ruby red color with nuances of garnet, limpid; austere, well-rounded fragrance with hints of the wood in which it matured well-blended with the ethereal aroma; complex bouquet
with well-ripened fruit; flavor with imposing structure, full-bodied, powerful and smooth tannins. |
